Shawn found that my return air ducts were not connected to my furnace and hooked them up along with my new heat pump that he provided. House air flow is so much better and heating is more efficient now. I was having air flow issues and this caused the windows to freeze over with condensation. Now the windows are clear and don’t have condensation build up. They did the job the days we scheduled as well which was important to me.
